• Transparency: We'll always give you simple and clear information. From how everything works, to what our expectations are, you will always be kept in the loop.


• Consistency: We'll always follow through on our promises to you and we'll always do the best we can to respond to any and all support issues.


• Simplicity: We like to keep things simple across the board. We have a simple sign up process that only collects a minimal amount of info and the simplest rewards system you can imagine. You earn a reward, you get a reward with a real cash value. No minimums or points to keep track of.

Plus, we give you choices:

We encourage you to take a survey on any device you choose. There are a few exceptions, of course, but we do what we can to hold true to this. Whenever you earn a reward, we want you to do what you want with it. If you want it immediately, it's yours. If you want us to bank it up for you so you can redeem a larger sum in the future, we'll do that too. Whichever option you choose, you'll have our standard set of reward options to choose from.
